He took care of the issue within 10 seconds and told me not to worry about it because it's barely an issue. Hale was very patient and showed me several different pianos over the span of about 2 hours and explained the differences between all the different makes and models. In the end I believe that I made a very informed decision and was very happy with the piano I chose, a Seiler ED-186 in polished ebony with nickel hardware.
