“We recently underwent an entire master bath remodel with ShoweRemodel (aka the Grout Doctor) and experienced an overall wonderful remodel experience. Everyone involved (the Owner, project manager, trades persons, etc.) were all professional, skilled, polite and a pleasure to work with. In particular, the Owner's careful selection of his trade team made a big difference. These days, it's understandable to be doubtful, but everyone involved made us feel comfortable not only because of their attitude, but their punctuality and skill level gave us confidence we could trust them. The most significant quality that truly made the biggest difference for us was the level of customer service. We did experience a couple of hiccups (as all projects do), but the level of service to resolve each was top down. Every step of the way, the Owner took charge, communicated and delegated to equally responsible parties when necessary. We LOVE our new bathroom & cannot thank all associated with this company enough!”
