“My son first used this storage off Coit Road in 2007 for the purpose of storing his STUFF after college. My wife and I rented another unit a few months later. In short I chose the place because I believed them to be a local company and second there were convenient. We have changed units a few times over the years, moving to larger units then downsizing to a smaller one. The Lottie, the current management, is always helpful. Currently they have the nicest couple running this location. Each new storage locker was always clean and every time we needed one they had one available. We are very appreciative of the cleanliness of the property. The prices are fair. I highly recommend it.”

“Quite honestly, I am here Monday through Friday to get a quick bite to eat before I go in to my shop. Wow also enjoying the company of the employees that have got to know me very well as well as some of the customers who have got to know me very well. Despite what these other comments say, the customer service and the engagement of the customer is at the top of their game. Jake up and Scott are especially, now as far as Mohammad the manager. He tries to run this place as well as he can. I understand it’s frustrating because I run a shop myself. Running a business can be difficult. It’s not for everyone. Mohamed could pick up his speed a little bit as far as checking customers but otherwise he is a good manager. His management style can be a little bit frustrating from what I have noticed. But it is what it is. As long as scar and Jaccob are here you will see me Monday through Friday unless I’m out of town.”

“I have been using this car wash for a while now - because I am extremely satisfied with every visit. Every time I go to WhiteWater, I am greeted by an awesome crew (Thanks Jesse T & Taylor)! These two guys always stop to talk and check on how I am doing. They are always friendly and make sure that I am satisfied with my visit. The car wash is great as well. I am always happy with the wash and the free vacuums/compressed air is a really nice touch.”

“I needed a truck for the weekend, they had one to rent. Pretty simple transaction. Seneca was beyond helpful, though, providing A+ customer service and making sure to answer all of my questions. The repeated warnings about "diesel, not unleaded" were a little repetitive but I figure it's happened more than once so they have to warn more than once. Picking up the truck was easy, but clearer signs might have directed us to the north side of the building the first time. Dropping off was simple and painless. Seneca was awesome both times!”
