“Russell Warren and Joey are absolutely amazing!! Let’s be honest- no one wants to get into a car accident or have to take your car to a body shop because that means $$$ and people who try to exploit you rather than help you. However, Russel took the time to talk to me, answer my questions, and EVEN go to bat for me regarding shady insurance adjusters. He called to check in on me even after the car was deemed totaled and his job was technically done. You can’t beat service like this anywhere else I guarantee it! Hopefully I never go through this again, but If I do, I will definitely be going back to Huffines in Plano!!”
