“All the staff from the front desk representatives, to the nurse and both lab techs who drew my blood for lab work were all A++! All very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. A few months ago when this facility was known as Smart Health, my review would have been very different. The staff at that time (with the exception of a nurse named Amy - she was always so wonderful), were very indifferent with terrible attitudes, and the most unprofessional demeanors and below par customer service I have ever had to endure. As for Dr. Conn, he was and is always very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and most of all funny! He has all the qualities that make him stand out from all the other providers out there. He has a way of making all the boo boos not seem so bad at all. I’m so glad that he is my PCP!!”

After not being happy at another highly recommended office in the area, Dr. Le and all of the Willow Bend staff was a breath of fresh air. “Huge fan of Dr. Davis and his staff. I was with him beginning several years ago in Frisco, remaining there until (and after) his departure. I was so excited to hear he had a new practice in Plano that ended up being even more convenient to get to and jumped on board as soon as possible. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, state-of-the art and welcoming. Recently had my first experience with a crown - Dr. D was very thorough in explaining the process and it went down exactly as described. I left with a perfect temp while I await my permanent, and had very little discomfort afterward, not even requiring an ibuprofen or anything. Just a great experience all the way around! So glad to have them back!”
