Just bought my son his first drum kit, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Jake went above and beyond—taking extra time to make sure we found the right fit and felt confident in our purchase. He was genuinely kind and very customer-focused. Thank you to Jake and the entire team for the great experience. They’ve always been helpful and welcoming every time I’ve shopped here over the years. Highly recommend!
I called this store from Cleveland to inquire about a rare bass they had in stock and was fortunate enough to do business with the friendly associate, Logan. He made me feel confident about purchasing with his top-notch salesmanship. So if you read this Logan, you're a legend mate! They were able to ship from Plano store to Ohio super quick. A perfect transaction, so worth the Google review. Cheers!
I was initially very disappointed with my experience at Guitar Center. I brought in my bass for a setup — paid $100 — and when I picked it up, I noticed a small chip in the finish near the truss rod adjustment that definitely wasn’t there before.
To their credit, the staff took responsibility and worked to make it right, which I really appreciate. The setup itself was well done, and after everything was resolved, I left satisfied with how they handled the situation.
If you bring your instrument in for service, I’d still recommend inspecting it before and after, but it’s good to know that they stand behind their work and care about their customers.
The staff at Guitar Center are super friendly and really work as a team to make sure customers get what they need. It’s a great atmosphere where you can actually sit down, play the guitars, and even test out the drums before buying. They make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable for musicians of all levels.
My husband and I love this place! This is our favorite guitar center location and our favorite music store in North Texas! We’ve purchased multiple guitars, keyboards, amps, and had repairs and string replaced here! They do a great job, it’s honestly a great place just to hang out in the afternoon if you’re a music lover! Great service every time we’re in! They also always have great sales running, and sometimes you can score some freebies!
