Pilates Foundations of Texas

My first Pilates experience began here and now it’s been 10 months since then. I got stronger and healthier both physically and mentally. I’m so thankful that I met awesome instructors here! Highly recommended.

My body’s changed so much since I began pilates. I’ve always been incredibly stiff and couldn’t even touch my toes. But Jessica was really patient and helped me push my limits so that I could feel refreshed and comfortable with my own body.

I’ve never actually worked out so the thought of working out for an hour on an equipment really worried me but the way Jessica complimented and reassured me allows each session to be full of energy.

I wholeheartedly recommend!!

Absolutely love this place! Full of positive energy and vibes!! State of the art equipment, with instructors that take the time with love and care.

I highly recommend this location. I would give this location a 6 star if I could.

Loved this studio. I never done a Pilates before but the instructors explained every thing in detail. I was shaking the whole time but loved the burn in my arms, abs and legs. I left feeling refreshed and energized. I'll definitely be returning!
