(May 21, 2020, 6:14 pm)The Phillips team was very nice and professional. They went above and beyond. They even screwed in my garage sensor which had nothing to do with their job.
I highly recommend them, ask for Issac. He's wonderful and his team was as well!! Abuid and the general manager Joe, both came to make sure the team didn't need anything and that I was happy with the project.

Improvement: Ensure that communications between the PM and crew are clear. We had asked that a TV mount not be touched, but the paint crew almost entirely removed it before we noticed and were able to stop them.
(August 27, 2019, 8:55 pm)WOW !! We contracted with Phillips to have the exterior of our house painted, as well as having our carport fiberglass panels replaced and some additional carpentry work done. While our start date had a couple of setbacks - it was weather related and we understood this could happen. We have been absolutely delighted with the finished product! Our home is over sixty years old, but as you can see from these photos, it looks as if it was brand new. Phillips work crew was extremely courteous and professional every step of the way, even though they were here over the hottest days of this summer. I highly recommend them and plan to have them back soon.
