Our family has been with Dr. Tao for more than five years! Dr. Tao is very patient and very friendly taking care of our teeth and offering professional suggestions for teeth care at home. She has a great team, nice and caring. We still keep Dr. Tao as our dentist even if we now live several hours away from Plano because it worths it!
My daughter and I have been Dr. Tao's patients for more than 6 years. I had hard time for my daughter's "special" teeth. I honestly say Dr. Tao is the great choice. She is so professional. We always have wonderful experiences with Dr. Tao and her staffs. I am happy to refer to anyone.
Dr. Tao is nice. I got my 3 wisdom teeth extracted in her clinic. And now everything looks good.
My husband and I along with our three daughters all have used Dr. Tao for several years and have always had a positive experience. We have each had our teeth cleaned the recommended twice annually. As well, we have had other work done as required including fillings and root canals. Dr. Tao made the root canal I personally experienced much better than the bad stories I had always heard about root canals. After my root canal she gave me an emergency number to contact her in case I had difficulties. One of the things I really like is that Dr. Tao personally cleans my teeth rather than having a hygienist do that work. She does it very quickly and I am typically in the chair just over 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tao for dental care. .
We were looking for new dentist in my neighborhood and found Dr. Tao is in our insurance network.
At our first visit, Dr. Tao was very friendly and patient with us.
While we were being settled, taking x-ray, etc. one patient came in with swallen face/mouth and she indeed looked painful, Dr. Tao set her down and checked on her, gave her prescription and instruction on how to use it to reduce pain. It was very professional and efficient. That lady left happily (well, still painful though).
I think this is a good practice. Although I had appointment and got in first, without delaying me, she helped the painful patient. I think if one day I was in pain, I would appreciate being seen that quickly, too.
