I am thrilled to have found Dr. Banks! I have severe anxiety with dental appointments. Dr. Banks immediately validated that and always does all she can to put me at ease. She does not rush through appointments and really listens to any concerns. I actually reach out to get needed dental work now! I also can’t say enough positive things about the office staff. Communication is great, they work to maximize your insurance benefits, are very transparent with billing, and just overall kind.

Ok, who loves a dental clinic? (ME) I was assigned here by the VA, and let's just say this is one of the best things they've done for me. The entire staff is so kind and thoughtful. Lannie who is my liaison for the VA is the absolute best. She stays on top of my appointments and makes sure I'm taken care of. Dr. Banks is so thorough and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure the VA approved all the work I needed to get done. Jill, my hygentist is fun and a pleasure to work with. The most important thing of all, is that they are aware of my anxiety issues and makes sure I'm comfortable whenever I visit. The office is always clean and the ambiance is warm and inviting. The parking is never an issue, its located just off legacy in a safe and beautiful area. I highly recommend their services. Thanks ladies. See you guys soon.

I have been a patient of Dr. Banks for more than 10 years. As a child I had terrible dental visits and trauma. Because of Dr. Banks, I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!
Everyone is extremely friendly, and caring. The front office smiles and greets me every time and asks something about my life that I can’t believe they remembered! The hygienists are consistently the same ones I’ve seen the past 10 years. I love that. My kids don’t fear going to this dentist because they are made to feel comfortable and the work is efficient and pain-free. I recently had a crown done and I was not even nervous because I knew Dr. Banks would make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The office is completely upfront about what charges will be, and will help you understand everything that’s going to happen. They are flexible with scheduling, and very accommodating. I can’t recommend this wonderful practice enough.
