I recently dined at Signature Kabab and Grill and overall it was a great experience. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes and the service was friendly and attentive. However there were a few areas where they could improve.
Let's start with the positives. The food at Signature Kabab and Grill is exceptional. The flavors are rich and authentic and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. I particularly enjoyed their kebabs which were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The menu also offers a good selection of vegetarian options which is a plus. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation was visually appealing.
The service staff were polite and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the end of our meal. They were attentive to our needs and our orders came out in a timely manner. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. Overall the service added to the positive dining experience.
Now onto the areas where Signature Kabab and Grill could improve. Firstly the ambiance of the restaurant could use some work. While the interior was clean and well-maintained the decor felt a bit outdated. A modern touch or some renovations could enhance the dining atmosphere.
Lastly while the menu offered a decent variety of dishes I felt that there could be more options for those with dietary restrictions or specific preferences. Expanding the menu to include more vegan or gluten-free options would be a welcomed addition.
In conclusion Signature Kabab and Grill is a restaurant with excellent food and attentive service. Despite a few areas for improvement my dining experience was enjoyable. With some updates to the ambiance consistency in food preparation and an expanded menu this restaurant has the potential to become even better. I would recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for flavorful kababs and a friendly dining experience.
The dining area is well spread out with choices for family or social groups as well as for those seeking soft conversations.
The Chicken Seekh Kabob was unexpectedly dry internally. The exterior too hadn't been given sufficient residence time on the grill. Charcoal grill marks were noticeably missing in action. Also the abundance of fennel seeds (not powder) didn't endear us. Placing this entree under the BBQ category is erroneous.
The Buna Gosht was good but naturally (and understandably) our request to dial down the spice level couldn't be honored. They would have readily loaded finely diced serrano peppers as garnish upon request (we were advised).
The Fish Pakoras were a big disappointment. It is difficult to understand why the restaurant is unable to go beyond Tilapia for this appetizer.
