(March 19, 2020, 3:07 pm)They have a really really nice waiting room! They offer complimentary sodas and drinks that are refrigerated. The staff is really nice and I was able to get in and out without any issues.
(November 29, 2019, 11:23 am)I love this place as I have been coming here for years. The office is beautiful and the staff are really nice! I have never waited for more than 5 minutes to be called back. Lauren is a great CT tech, she got the IV in 1 try, which is not the usual for my sparse veins.
(November 15, 2019, 12:46 pm)I have used North Star Diagnostic Imaging for several years and for multiple diagnostic tests, all of which were scheduled promptly and completed with the utmost professionalism. Results are always available in a timely manner as well. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, while the facilities are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I highly recommend NSDI for any type of testing.
(May 13, 2019, 12:49 pm)North Star was recommended by my doctor for a CT scan for my foot. Scheduling was very easy (with the option to schedule by text). Everyone was very friendly and communicative. I was seen for my appointment on time and was able to leave with a disc for my doctor. They offered snacks and drinks in the lobby and that was a nice perk as well!
