With these difficult times he was fully equipped with a face mask and shoe protection from the moment he stepped inside. He was even respectful and kind to our pets! We had a wasp problem that he took care of and a few that were collecting around our property. He gave me some helpful tips to make sure that we can keep our home insect free too. She was so kind and considerate about the "life altering" event that traumatized my daughter ( who has aspirations for a career in cosmetics).
