They were flexible with appointments and able to accommodate to our needs and responded quickly to emergencies like broken brackets or snapped wires. Top notch service, both technically and from a customer service perspective. A friendly, loving staff that cares not only for your mouth but your overall well-being. Your calls are returned, appointments to meet your needs, a clean (COVID-19 cautious) comfortable experience. My daughter has never complained about pain post any of her procedures and everything explained in a logical way (not Dr-speak). You will absolutely enjoy every aspect of your visit.

Thank you so much for providing an amazing braces regimen to correct a smile I thought was broken. I was not proud of my smile before I got my braces, and when I heard that I had to keep them on for 2 years, I was not enthusiastic about the process. After the first couple of months of having my braces on, it felt like smooth sailing until the day y’all took them off. Every time I came in for a check up or had any questions, I was greeted and treated by Dr. Jones and her wonderful staff. Its now been a couple weeks since taking off my braces, and I cannot stop smiling!

Wanted to give 6 stars but that's ok; went for invisalign. All staff here are so nice. Other orthodontists in the area price gouge. I shopped around and Dr. Jones has the best prices and is the least salesy. She's very compassionate, too. Highly recommended
