Amazing customer service. Every employee I interacted with was quick, efficient, and friendly. It’s just a well-organized machine and they made everything so easy, even billing. This was just one stop on a long, confusing road to surgery but this place was definitely the high point. Every medical facility should operate like this.

Prime Imaging in Plano is the absolute best. What an amazing group of people.
From the front desk Desiree: I was lost getting there and she politely got me to the location handled my check in and was so nice. The office, bathrooms and all other areas are spotless and sanitized.
Then I met Chris who explained to me the proceedure and answered my concerns. Chris was able to get my IV in the first time. I am a super hard stick. Chris has the best personality and is so helpful.
On to the MRI with John and Janine. These two individuals know their stuff. Very kind people. I had to be in the MRI for 5 1/2 hours and they were very attentive and professional. They also have a great sense of humor which makes you relax . They checked on me and made sure I was okay often. And I had great music to listen to. I wouldn't have been able to do this lengthy MRI without these fabulous 4 people. I cannot say enough good things about this staff and the Plano location. Thank you for being so great at what you do.

I sincerely want to thank the entire staff and management, from Schedulers, to the front office. I am not sure if Mr. Amir is a doctor, he simply the most professional, efficient, intelligent and more importantly he is kind. It’s rare that people smile, he truly enjoys his job. His voice is very calming and compassionate. He will have a long career as a medical provider. Mr. Chris of Radiology sensed I was nervous and he talked me through the process and he is such a professional gentleman. Prime simply hires the best Doctors, Technicians, and Medical Assistants. They offer convenient hours after 5pm and they comply with Covid-19 protocols. Thank you for taking care of me!
