Allegro Assisted Living Services

My mom moved into Allegro after dealing with declining health and a hospital stay which made it not possible for her to return home. While living at allegro home she was treated with respect and care by her caregivers and staff. She required a high level of care and well attended too Her room was kept clean and in order. I very much appreciated everything done for her. Julia and al were compassionate and ran an organized home. I will be forever grateful to them for taking care of my mom.

This place is like night and day from a well known home I had my mom at previously. For instance, at the previous home my mom was downright hostile towards the workers and bathing her was such a chore, it happened infrequently. Within days of moving to Allegro, the workers did their magic and my mom was being bathed on a regular and frequent basis. Her attitude has done a complete 180. She has been extremely cooperative and kinder to the staff than she has been to anyone in years. I am not overstating this to say that I regularly thank God for the home He has given my mom. She and her family literally could not be happier with Allegro.

I am so grateful to Allegro Assisted Living for the phenomenal care they provided to my 94 year old father. He was wheelchair bound and unable to care for himself. I lived very close to the Allegro house, so dropped in often. My friend also visited nearly every day. At every visit, my dad was clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. I asked him frequently (in private) if he was happy in this house, if he was well cared for. He replied, "Oh yes!" every time. The caregivers are very well trained, and extremely compassionate. I was so impressed with Julia and Al. I had their cell phone numbers, and they each responded immediately if I had a concern about a change in condition. It didn't matter what time it was, Julia showed up at the house to assess and care for my father. I am so thankful for her guidance and the dedication she demonstrated in my dad's final days and hours.

Allegro (Remington House) has been a life saver - actually Al and Julia are the key to this amazing home. They have hired a wonderful and caring staff (I catch them hugging my mom all the time). They are an integral part in making sure Mom is comfortable and getting the care she needs and deserves. They are communicative on ways I can assist Mom as well. It’s a family atmosphere and as perfect as a home can be for an aging parent. We brought Mom and Dad (passed) from a beautiful & costly assisted living facility. Allegro beats them hands down - beauty does not compensate for love and caring. Thank you Al and Julia and your amazing staff - Jennifer

My mother lived at Allegro for 5 years until she passed recently. My Dad shared a room with her as well before passing. The home is clean, beautiful, handicap accessible, with good meals, and a beautiful back yard where you can enjoy the sunshine with your loved one. I visited the home at least twice weekly for the 5 years she lived at Allegro. I cannot say enough about the care she received from every single person including the owners, Al & Julia. She loved them as did my Dad. It felt like a true home surrounded by family.
