“Dr. Alvares is a truly amazing and competent doctor. I love his experience, insight, treatment plan, and the time he spends with both of my sons. The treatments are making a huge difference in my allergy and asthma kiddo. However, the office staff is a mess. I can never get a call-back from a nurse. Half the time, I get dumped to a voicemail box that is "full". After two years of allergy shots and multiple requests, they can never get a statement mailed to me. I always have to call in periodically and just ask what my balance is and pay over the phone. I filled out a records request twice in order to get my boys' medical records from their office, but the requests just went ignored. Multiple times we've taken my son to get his shots and discovered that the office is randomly closed when they are normally open. We're dealing with all these pain points because Dr. Alvarez is really, really good. I just wish he had better staff.”

“Everyone from front desk, to the nurses and Dr. Torti are awesome. Ive been to this office 6 times and have had good experiences. 5 of those times, I was in and out in less than an hour. The other time there was an emergency with another patient that pushed my appt out a little. This office handles emergencies where people can lose their sight if not addressed immediately. Aside from those emergencies, which have been rare, this office run’s impeccably.”

“My mother has only been at four seasons living for a few weeks but that’s far we are impressed with the house my mom is living in .It is very clean and spacious she has her own master bedroom with a huge bathroom It acts like a private suite which is very important for my mom since she is a bit of an introvert. They were kind enough to let her bring a doggy which is so beloved to her. Layla and Lea have been very kind and patient through the entire process which I don’t wish on anyone . I don’t think we could have done it without seamless guidance from Layla.”
