I have been here two years, and my maintenance requests are always completed on time. Management listens to my concerns. The complex is friendly and (mostly) quiet. “I made a post several months ago about this storage facility. My feelings remain as far as the company is concerned because it was a less than pleasant experience while I was a customer. I am no longer a customer and have since acquired a storage at a different facility. I am writing this post in recognition of one of the employees. Reggie is the groundskeeper / security at the Katherine P raines location in Cleburne. He is a great asset to the company and they are very lucky to have him as an employee. Even though I am no longer a customer he still doesn't hesitate to help if needed. A friend of mine who is incarcerated still rents a unit at that location. I was asked to look after their unit until they were able to return home. I thought that I may meet some resistance considering that I no longer have a unit there. But Reggie has been most helpful and assuring me that their things are safe. On his own time going by to check the unit for me and contacting me with updates. I'm aware that he is not under any obligation to do so however I am extremely grateful for his willingness to help wherever needed. It is Reggie in my opinion that made all the difference in my situation as a customer. As well as the reason I'm able to rest easy with no worry about my friends unit. I know Reggie is on the job!!!. Thank you Reggie for all that you do you. I am grateful for employees like you they have genuine concern for their clients and willing to go the extra mile, and WE APPRECIATE YOU!!!⭐”

“Needed a moving truck to go from Plano to Arizona. Uhaul was too expensive. Penske gave me more discounts plus they didn't have the tow dolly and they upgraded me (as well as provided more discounts) to a flatbed trailer. The truck I had was really new and easy to drive. I wish the mirrors were electrical so I didn't have to manually change them. Liz was very helpful plus she's a total hottie.”

We immediately felt welcomed and assured we had made the right choice in renting here. I've rented in the past and did not get this type of treatment. She walked us to our space explaining the property entry and exit process down to the details of how the elevator works and the manner in which the lock on our door needed to be handled.
