(May 17, 2013, 10:21 pm)Last month after only three uses from the previous repair 7 months before, my lawn mower abruptly stopped working again. After I reminded them that it essentially had just been worked on, WSE&R verified their paperwork, fixed the problem at no charge and refunded my deposit. That's what I call building trust and great customer service.
