Very satisfied with the work Zach performed. He did a great job internally and externally. He was courteous, thorough, well prepared and on time. He worked hard and fast. Very nice young man to work with. Glad Romex hires such great technicians who care about the service they provide.

I have been using Romex since the week I closed on my home. We had built the home and knew protection was key. It's been more than 6 years later and Romex has been impressively exceeding my expectations. Response time is on point, the service guys are very professional and have the best attitude. They don't rush through. One time a guy found my packages were delivered but in the vicinity of getting rained on. He moved them safely and messaged me. I don't even bother with other fliers left on my door because Romex has never failed me .

Romex has done a great job managing the ant/spider issue at my home. The scheduling process is very efficient - it’s automatic and I get text/email reminders. I don’t have to worry about scheduling at all.
Customer service is always professional and quick every time I call. They also do maintenance service in between my regularly scheduled appointments when ants randomly surge in the house. They’ve removed more than 3 wasp nests since my contract. I am a satisfied customer.

Johnny the sales rep was very kind and professional, as well as thorough. He wasn’t too pushy and explained everything in detail. Answered all questions and got us scheduled very quickly. David the technician who came for our initial treatment was extremely nice and professional as well. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient and took time to answer all my questions. Very good experience so far and hoping this will continue for the 12 month contract.

A great experience with really down to earth and knowledgeable people. From the operator taking down my appointment to the tech that came out to the house all around very friendly and most importantly, they were not out to take advantage of the homeowner or make a quick buck. They told me what needed to be done and what another company was going to charge me $12,000, yes that’s right, $12,000 dollars for Romex said would only be a few hundred dollars at most. Gives me peace of mind knowing that there are still good companies out there just looking to do what’s right and do their jobs correctly. Would highly recommend this company.
