“Sweat Project instructors are motivating and push you to do your best in each class from beginning to end. The workouts are incredible and different every day. The environment is positive & uplifting. People are genuinely HAPPY to be at Sweat Project! The studio is sleek and clean with spa-like amenities and a great selection of weights/equipment. I love that the infrared heated studio is slightly darkened with lighting effects during class. The lighting gives you a feeling of “privacy” & focus during a group fitness class. Highly recommend trying a class at Sweat Project!”

“Such a great place to practice yoga. When I started I had never even tried yoga before. Now a little after a year, it’s amazing to see changes in my fitness, flexibility, and general wellness. It’s a fantastic atmosphere and there is always something new to learn. My husband and kids really love the classes as well.
