We hired Robert and his team to replace the 28 year old siding on our house. These 3 men did an amazing job transforming the exterior of our home. Every aspect of the job is above expectations. They removed old siding and repaired any structural issues behind the walls before adding exterior board, Tyvex wrap and Hardie board.The detail work at the windows, soffits, and edging is perfect. Robert is by far the best contractor we have ever hired. He is easy to work with, does not rush the job and takes pride in his work. Highest recommendation!

Robert and his crew did an amazing job replacing the siding and gutters on our home. They were on time, professional, on budget and I cannot find one single flaw in the work they did for us. In 2016 when we first started our brand new tiny house business, we did not know who or where to turn to in order to sub out the building of our homes. Maintenance Free did all of the following for us: framed, sheathed, wrapped, and waterproofed the house, added the roof decking, underlayment, and they even installed our Decra shingle XD metal roofing. Maintenance Free Exteriors also installed all of our windows, doors, and introduced us to a brand new product called Celect siding which is a top-quality brand made by Royal Building products. To date, Robert with Maintenance Free exteriors has built over 5 custom tiny homes for our clients. I cannot speak enough about the quality of work, attention to detail, timeliness, and dedication Maintenance Free Exteriors brings to the job. Our company is unique as we don’t produce "normal" homes, but I truly believe that Maintenance Free Exteriors can do it ALL! If you need any work done to your house, whether it be exterior or interior, I would not trust anyone but Maintenance Free to do the job. I even went with this company when the hailstorm hit our personal house in Highland Village a couple months back and we needed a new roof. Call these guys, you won't regret it!

I contacted Robert expecting just a simple siding repair but I am amazed at the work they have done on my home. The Maintenance Free Exteriors crew replaced all of the siding on my home along with installing new windows on the lower level. Robert was present every step of the process and helped explain everything to me in layman's terms which was pleasantly different from the construction jargon I have received from companies in the past. In addition, Robert suggested a new back patio door to accentuate the new siding and windows and I am in awe at the transformation of my home. This company was hands down the most professional contractor and crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
