My hubby and I had a great experience here! First were the front desk employees. Rachel and Trey were so welcoming and knowledgeable which made check in a breeze. Dr Trinh took her time to address an eye condition I have and was able to fine tune my multi focus contacts so I have great vision both far away and close up. A side note about the front desk…a gal came in saying she had an appointment. Rachel looked it up and couldn’t locate her in the system. Rachel asked her some questions and determined her appointment was with a totally different eye doctor. She then looked up the address and wrote it down for her. She then called the eye doctor’s office today let them know sure works be late! Talk about going above and beyond! Especially for someone that she would likely never see again. Impressive!!

Incredibly friendly staff! I had an excellent appointment with Dr. Trinh, Kami, & Sarah. Since relocating to TX last year, I’ve had mixed experiences finding new doctors & dentists/optometrists — so it was refreshing to have such a good experience today! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.
The staff next door at vision source was also great for eyewear. I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for so rather than sway me to select a frame I didn’t absolutely love, they suggested I come back in November when they get their new designer collection in. 💯💯

From the first phone call I was given excellent customer care! I was taken very good care of and all of my questions were answered. The Dr. And staff were all very kind and welcoming! I highly recommend them. I also like the location, it's very convenient for shopping or dinner.

I had my eye exam with Dr. Trinh. Being new to visual issues, I had lots of questions. Dr Trinh enthusiastically explained everything I wanted to know. I really felt like she was listening to, and addressing all my concerns. She's by far the best doctor I've consulted with. The team at the office were very friendly and welcoming as well. It was overall a great experience. I will definitely be returning here for my future visits.

Dr. Trinh at the Prosper location was wonderful. She was very helpful and patient as we worked to find the right contact lens type. Additionally, she shared information on eye health by recommending types of food to eat, vitamins to take, and wearing sunglasses. She showed me the results of the tests they ran and related them to the history of eye problems in my family. Never had such thorough feedback before. I have my appointment for next year and will continue to go back. Great experience.
