He took his time going over options with me, really listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions. He was super friendly, easy to work with & considered all things I was looking for in a car when providing available options.

I had a great experience at Longo Toyota of prosper. The service consultant ‘Kenneth James’ was courteous and professional. Explained everything nicely. Got the car done in exact time and again explained all the things done with the car. Overall a very nice experience. Recommended.

What an amazing car dealership! This place is night and day compared to other Toyota dealerships. Employees are attentive and professional, and the place is very clean and welcoming. I cannot recommend Longo Toyota enough! I went to them for my first ever experience getting a brand new car. I test drove and chose the car I wanted. When I got home and couldn’t sleep due to remorse about not choosing a specific feature, I reached out and they were happy to accommodate my request to swap for a car that had exactly what I wanted. Vincent and David both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. I leased a 2021 Corolla Hybrid and am just in love with the car! This became a very special Christmas for me thanks to the dedicated team at Longo!
