I was looking to make my first adult purchase and Chris Hayes was extremely helpful. I just graduated and got my first big girl job and Chris made sure the process was super streamlined. He even took the time to teach me about interest rates and how they would effect my car payment in the future. He is extremely knowledgeable. It's ironic that we have the same last name because he really did make me feel like family.
