Schiano's

Awesome New York Pizza. The breadsticks tasted pretty ok. We ordered vegetarian jumbo pizzas for takeout, and as we were ordering they also offered credit for this order for a semi-burned pizza on a previous visit, which was very kind! The pizza tasted very good, and so as the ingredients. Beware of long wait times though! Definitely you should try.

Omg omg omg if you loooove pizza 🍕 then this place is for you!!!🥹 best pizza I have evvvver had. Crust is perfectly Crispy and airy yummmm... I got Hamburger and pineapples on my slice 😋 don't judge me lol... everything was amazing. Service was great too and they were busy at 12. Definitely can't wait to come back to this place. Hubs had the gyro and loved it. Had to write a review while I'm still eating, it's just tooo good. Even taking a pie home to enjoy later. Thanks for an amazing dining experience.

Let’s face it, pizza is not one of the first cuisines that come to mind when you think about Texas foods. Well, Schiano’s Pizza is not your typical Texas Pizza place! Eddie and Dana Schiano are serving outstanding pizza, pasta and sandwiches that will please any palate.

So many great combinations, that I had a hard time deciding on my pizza topping. I couldn’t settle on just one, so I went with half Lasagna Pizza and half Cheeseburger Pizza, and a Philly Cheesesteak. (enough food for at least 3 people!)

Let’s start with the crust. While true to the NY pizza flavors, the crust is a little thicker than what I normally think of, which I enjoyed. The crust is thick enough to support all the toppings, and enhance the great pizza flavor, but not so thick that you feel like you’ve eaten an entire loaf of bread after just two slices!

The two sides were very different. The Cheeseburger side was highlighted by the Pickle. A great fusion of pizza and cheeseburger that will make you want to keep going back for another slice. The Lasagna Pizza absolutely blew me away! What struck me most was the fresh ricotta. It was very flavorful and blended so well with the marinara and Italian sausage – I’ve begun craving it again even as I type this review! It’s so good, I can’t imagine going back and not getting at least a small Lasagna Pizza.

Finally, the Philly. You might think that a place with great pizza couldn’t also serve a great Philly Cheesesteak, but you would be wrong if you think that about Schiano’s. The beef was well-chopped and very tender. The jalapenos provided a great spiciness, and the toasted roll, a nice contrast to the rest. I would not hesitate to grab one of these sandwiches for a quick lunch.
Schiano’s also offers a wide variety of pastas, calzones, salads, appetizers and desserts, as well as a gluten-free crust!

If you’re in the Richardson area, make time to visit Schiano’s for lunch or dinner. If you’re not near Richardson, plan a trip – I’m confident you’ll enjoy it!

I’m pretty sure if they have pizza in heaven that it would taste as amazing as theirs. This family owned business has been here since 2007!

We ordered the calamari and it was perfectly crisp but what set this apart was that it is tossed in a garlic butter sauce! The kids and I were popping these back like they were popcorn! So good!

I also ordered the Spinacci pizza which was loaded with spinach, artichokes, in a red sauce. The pizza was tasty and they made sure to load it up!

My kids love an Alfredo pasta so I got them one to share. They enjoyed it. I stole a bite and loved the garlicky sauce I tasted!

WOW!! What can I say about Schiano's. Firstly their garlic bread was extremely delicious - crunchy from the outside yet soft and buttery on the inside. The calzones are truly out of this world and a MUST try if you were to only choose one thing from the entire menu. Last but not least their New York Style Pizza is perfect. Can't wait to be back again soon.
