“My dad is 83 years old and fell down 6 stairs and busted his head open. He was a complete mess when he arrived at Encompass and he was mad and did not want to be there. However, everyone there that I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. My dad was here for almost 2 weeks and he walked out of here a brand new man. I couldn’t believe his transformation. Initially I thought he was never going to be able to walk independently again and now he is walking just fine with his walker. In fact, he is a little too confident and doesn’t think he needs it. Even when we left the hospital he said, “you know I am going to miss all those people that helped me. They were real nice.” I almost cried. I would definitely recommend this hospital.”
