Before we decided to go with this facility, we were told the fence would be higher and go down the length of the property for added security, and it was done! Most places just tell you things you want to hear to ensure you do business with them. The pricing is competitive to other places, if not cheaper which is always nice! Shannon was super friendly, accommodating and understanding. If you text or email him, he responds within minutes, with that being said great customer service was provided; which is sometimes difficult to come across these days! Josephine’s hidden little gem. Made me feel welcomed and even helped with some stuff I needed to park my boat securely. This is what I call stellar customer service! Thank you and may God bless this establishment, our belongings, and allow it to continue to prosper.
