When I called Sam's Dent Repair, they even did a facetime with me to evaluate the problem and give me a quote. When the tech person came in 30 mins (yes, they offer to come to your place to fix it), even though the situation was a little different which would cost them more labor, they didn't make it a big deal out of it. After looking at all possible issues, Pablo told me to call the dealership because my transmission control model might need to be reprogrammed. He was spot on!
