“I have been a resident for 7 years. The 'new' property manager (she has actually been here several years) has resulted in a 100% improvement in maintenance resolution times, as well as eliminating the need for return trips to repair a reported problem. The office staff are always cordial and willing to provide assistance when I visit the office. I have also watched a complete turnaround in the upkeep of the property from parking lot repairs to building painting and roofing replacement to landscaping. Again, they have become very responsive to all of my requests and concerns and show a genuine interest in the living environment of their residents.”

The teachers are incredible at leveraging the children's curiosity to teach them new things. Our son is constantly sharing with me all the new things he's learning. In addition, he is practicing his social skills and learning how to express and self-regulate his emotions. Our children have made many wonderful friends and look forward to going to school. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The school is great about sending letters for events and reminders so we don't miss out. It's been a great experience for our whole family.”

“November 2019 update: the prior Rector recently resigned. It will be many months before a new rector takes over. Eventually there may be a number of changes to St Phillips, so information from the past several years will not be a good predictor about how things will be in the future. In the interim, Bishop Stanton (retired) will be filling in as rector and leading services. This would be an excellent opportunity for new people to learn about the Episcopal church. This is a congregation that tries to be warm and welcoming to new attendees.”
