“Been attending for about 2 months. Very impressed with the Bible teaching throughout the church in Sunday school classes, youth and sermons. They teach the Gospel. They teach directly from the scriptures, verse by verse. The congregation really loves one another and are open and welcoming to everyone. We have decided to become members and has go to the covenant class. They take their membership very seriously. When you become a member you become a member of the body there and they want your commitment to them and they commit themselves to teach and shepard you.”

“My husband and I had the pleasure of attending the Christian Comedy Association Convention, kindly hosted by First Baptist Church in Wylie. From the time we first entered, we sensed the Spirit of the Lord resides in the heart of that congregation. The beautiful sanctuary was the perfect space to host the opening night comedy showcase and it was wonderful to laugh with a great group of comedians and an enthusiastic crowd. The church building itself has excellent facilities and we were so comfortable during all of the activities. Located in the heart of a vibrant and quaint downtown, you can tell that the church is a vital part of their community. I pray God's blessing remains over the building, the staff and congregation of First Baptist Church, and the welcoming town of Wylie, TX. FBC is heavily involved in serving/benefiting our community in ways that many don't see such as maintaining homes in the area for families in need to be able to live in for free until getting back on their feet. Our kids love to go, and we have found lots of friends there.”

“Ps. Doyle saved my marriage 33 years ago! My husband had asked me for the divorce and I was unable to find a job! So I was asking God why I couldn't find a job, when I needed it so much. I heard Ps Doyle on TBN saying "God told me" and "God said to me". So I went to ask him to ask God why I couldn't find a job? as I am talking to him I noticed he was inquiring of God, suddenly he smiled and asked me do you need a job? I said well when I get divorced I will. He asked me: Do you want to get a divorce? I said no. Ps Doyle said: This is just a lie of the devil don't pay attention to him. Act as you did before you and your husband had this conversation. So I did. A few days later, my husband was watching TV after work and our two year old was watching TV with him. I called from the kitchen: Dinner ready! And they both came and sat at the table!!! And our life was like before!!! I praise God for what He did for us!!! And I thank you Ps Doyle for being so bold about your faith in God and for your love for people. I bless you in the Name of the Lord Jesus”

We help all kinds of people with different situations, you can be homeless at the time or handicapped or you may have a big family, or be between jobs so every little bit helps. “After our church closed due to Hurricane Harvey, I was without a Unity church close by. But I decided to go to Unity of Houston with a friend, and I LOVE the pastor, Rev. Michael Gott! He moves me with his words like no other has done before, and the music is awesome! Everyone is so welcoming and loving. I don't know at this point if I will make it my church home, because it is 33 miles from my home, but I do really enjoy the services because no one judges you.”
