“Best post office EVER!! Virginia is a ray of sunshine! I've been stuck dealing with the horrific Conroe post office for the past year and I had to finally close my business in July because of their refusal to scan packages left in my mailbox or dropped inside the post office which left my customers believing I was shipping items several days later than I actually was which tarnished the stellar reputation that I had spent 25 years building. It was devastating both emotionally and financially. We recently moved to Nevada, TX and all that changed when I walked into the amazing Copeville post office and met Virginia!!! For the first time in forever I was able to trust the USPS with my business again!! I literally teared up when telling my husband how amazing she is! She takes pride in her job and does it with a smile!! And she is even open for a couple hours on Saturday so I can maintain my next day shipping guarantee!!! Anyone in this area who is blessed to use this post office needs to not ever take Virginia for granted. EVER. You folks have no idea how good you have it. There are 100K people in the city of Conroe who suffer daily with mail that vanishes into thin air, unscanned packages and hours long waits in a urine soaked lobby just to pick up packages. No exaggeration. They don't even have blue mail boxes in the freaking parking lot!! Count your blessings Copeville!!! BEST post office EVER!!!! Thank you so much, Virginia!!!!”

These guys had my order ready within 30 minutes of me leaving my house and charged me no extra cost for Buffalo sauce. “First of all great job: very organized, timely and knowledgeable service provided by Mike and his crew of certified, smart, experienced electricians (not someone picked up on the side of the road). We project-managed our master suite remodel in 1979 house to bring it up to code and make it stand out from what’s offered on the market. We were very particular in finding right contractors to work on the project as the job had to be done to fulfill city’s permits and pass inspections. Pettett Electric was one of the very few contractors during our project who did what they were supposed to do, on time and very professionally. City approved electrical inspections with flying colors, and said that not only the job was done up to code but in some places exceeded the average code requirements. That’s how I like it! They were also price-competitive, while the words “city permits “ scared others and made them quadruple the price - pettett Electric came through.”

Two techs came out to repair my water heater that was poorly attempted by one other contractor. Because they took the time to thoroughly inspect and test this unit and all its components they fixed it with the replacement of a .25 part. The other plumping company wanted to replace it ( its one year old , bad wiring nut caused a wire issue ). They took the time to show me all about the water heater and how it works as well a safe operation and what to look for if it fails. I am impressed with this company and how the employees handle contracts, they show they care and insure that everything was running properly and safely before they departed. They were also wearing mask protect themselves and our family against COVID -19. They were also wearing shoe covers as to not drag dirt into the house.
