The workouts can be modified to fit your fitness level — whether you're a CrossFit fiend, a prior athlete or an active mom who wants a challenge, there's something here for everyone. I am a previous collegiate athlete, who also competed in bodybuilding prior to the pandemic and I'm working to get back in shape. Sanctum has the workouts I need to achieve that! The coaches are super helpful and talk you through the workout at the beginning, and also ensure that every movement is performed accurately and safely during the workout. Members also make you feel very welcome, giving you tips, helping you find equipment, motivating you through the sets, and fist bumping you upon completion. I have to give special kudos to the owner, Mike, because he's awesome and values each member and takes the time to get to know everyone! “Dr. Kim is amazing! His staff is so warm and kind and treated us like family! I was so worried about my daughter having oral surgery. I also had two oral surgeries at her age in order to get my braces off and the experience was a nightmare that I remember to this day. As soon as I met Dr. Kim and his staff I knew she would be safe and in the best hands. He was calm and reassuring and explained everything to us. He was so sweet and patient with my daughter. He had three nurses in the room all tending to her while she was under anesthesia. After her surgery was done he met with me again to review what he had done and his discharge instructions. Dr. Kim even gave us his cell phone number in our discharge papers and his staff encouraged me to call or text if we need anything at all. I’ve never written a review before but I was so impressed with our experience and I want to share this information with other parents so that they can use Dr. Kim and have the same amazing experience. Trusting someone to operate on my daughter was so scary but Dr. Kim went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe. It was the right decision, our family is so pleased with our experience and hope other unsure parents turn to Dr. Kim.”
