Everything is planned out for you so you literally just have to show up. The owners/trainers are awesome and great people. “My first experience at Melissa Eye Associates was wonderful. When I got there I was greeted by all the friendly ladies at the front desk. Checking in was super quick and easy which is always appreciated!! The office itself was very cute and clean with tons of different eyewear options to look at. My eye exam went great. Dr. Thomas is exceptional and is always very thorough and detailed. I have been seeing him for a very long time (at another office) and I just can’t say enough amazing things about him. He is one of the few doctors I know that genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients. If you are in need of a new eye doctor I would highly recommend him.”

“I am new to the area and have several health issues. My daughter sees Jennifer and absolutely loves her and the entire staff. I, being old school thought I needed to see a geriatric doctor. I found one but it didn't take me long to realize she was not the doctor for me and the staff completely incompetent. I made an appointment with Jennifer and was surprised at how quickly I was able to see her. The staff apologized for the delay, it was only 3 days. Jennifer and the complete staff listened, asked questions until I felt they were completely up to speed with my medical background. I am an endstage renal failure patient and Jennifer assured me she would be completely up to speed on all my medical conditions by my next appointment. I feel very comfortable in her care.”

“I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews, but you simply have to acknowledge excellence when you are fortunate enough to find it. The staff was as courteous and helpful as you could hope for. Madeline starts your visit with the requisite paperwork and the first part of your exam. Wendy helped us with frame selections, checking pricing, insurance questions and even how we looked in the various styles. Wendy and Madeline were pleasant and genuine in a way that made us feel at ease and relaxed. Doctor Allen is very engaging person and again puts you at ease. I've had some eye issues over the years and have seen my share of eye doctors and specialiats. Let me tell you, he clearly knows his stuff and explains what he sees and his diagnosis in clear terms you won't have any issues understanding. If you live anywhere near Melissa, TX, these are the people you want taking care of your eyes.”
