“So...I read all the reviews of this place and decided to go there when my daughter fell and hit her tooth. When I say these folks are amazing, I'm not overstating it. The moment we walked in, they greeted my daughter by name. The wait was very short and out came Ms. Yoyo. My daughter now refers to her as "mama love cake", because she is just that - super sweet, kind, and so good with children. She treated my daughter like a VIP and ensured that we had a wonderful experience the entire way through. Dr. Tran was completely thorough and was so kind (and funny) in answering all my questions. I'm still sort of in shock from how great the experience was. Every single person was not just kind, but friendly and warm, if that makes sense. “At 22 years young, the photo on the top is what both of my bunions used to like. All my life I’ve had them and thankfully my parents blessed me with the opportunity to get my bunions removed. Dr. Hadfield is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s professional, personable and made me look forward to surgery and my biweekly checkups with him and his staff! I felt confident enough to ask any questions and he made learning about the surgery and healing process fun. Healing took about 3 months for each foot, and it definitely felt like a long process (because only operating on one foot makes one really appreciate having two good feet), but being all the way healed from both feet made at the end of the healing time worth it!! Sherry at the front desk is always a treat to chat with going in and coming out of appointments; and Winter always has a wonderful attitude and is so friendly. I had the spinal fusion surgery, so I've been through the entire process with this office. They were extremely helpful each step of the way. Scheduling EKG studies, scheduling MRIs, sending out PT orders, sending out meds, etc. They also helped prepare me the surgery, which was scheduled as quickly as possible.
