On our initial meeting I found Dr. Wahid to be very upfront and personable. He explained to me what was going on and what he intended to do to fix my problem. Since that time, I have had regular wellness visits where he and his office perform scheduled "maintenance" tests and checkups. Dr. Wahid and I have very honest discussions and I have always felt he cares about my health. He makes recommendations in regard to things I should or should not be doing to maintain a healthy lifestyle and it's up to me to do them as it should be. I have and can say unequivocally that I have had no cardiac issues since that very first meeting and expect that to continue for many years. “Prenatal Chiropractic -During the second and third trimester of my pregnancy, I had two major issues that no medication helped me with. 1. Sinus congestion - that I lost sleep over 2. “I have been seeing Gopan for roughly 7 years (my husband for around 2) and I will miss him as my psychiatrist very much. We are moving to another state and will no longer be able to see him. He is very patient and actually cares deeply about his patients needs. He always tries to find an accurate treatment that does not leave you over medicated. He works with his patients to make sure they are having the best outcomes, instead of just prescribing typical doses of most common medications. I cannot recommend him more for your specific needs. “My mom and I have a great experience working out with Adam at Circuit 31. Everything in this gym is setup to encourage me to exercise from the key fob entry, to the lockers, to equipment and setup, to the membership fee structure, and the kids’ corner. The circuit training includes fully scalable strength and cardio exercises for a full body work out. I especially enjoy Adam’s guidance to keep good forms and properly work the muscles on the more ambitious days. No excuses. This is a great gym for those of us that need more encouragement to exercise, and those who want to get a great work out in daily. Highly recommend.”
