“Each class is a small group of people (8 max) so you’ll get plenty of attention from your coach/trainer. They help correct your form to ensure you’re not straining anything. You’ll get one on one sessions with the head coach to help you make a plan/goal. It all helps to stay committed to coming in everyday, since you know most of your classmates and have a goal in mind every time you step in the gym. *Be warned though, afternoon classes are hot, temperature-wise* I don’t mind it as much, but it can affect others negatively.”
