Kristi Elliott has changed my life in beyond what I could have imagined. She has been my therapist for 2-3 years before I moved out of state. She has taught me many different coping methods to use towards each specific need. Kristi has taught me how to have better awareness and control over my emotions and thoughts that have helped me even in the toughest situations.
