“Mario is a super nice guy, and the repair work is quality. He will also work directly with the auto insurance if the cost is any more. He was also able to get me a rental through insurance and drove me to get my rental, so I didn't even have to coordinate for another ride. When I picked up my car, I was happy to see he actually wiped or buffed out another area where I had damage. Then when my car was hit again 6 months later, Mario came out to my nearby business to look at my car in person and helped me out once again. Great, local place to support. Highly recommend!”

“Overall great service, went in for an oil change and an state inspection. My third break light was out and looked like it needed to be replaced but during the replacement process the guy got the light working and told me it didn't need to be changed after all. Seemed like it could have been a family team they were nice, and quick. If any comment I would say I would have liked to have made the decision of putting the max life high mileage upgrade oil before it was assumed, but in the end it was the correct assumption.”

“I don't regularly write reviews, though I read them a lot, specially before trusting my car to someone I don't know. Its very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to do good work and be honest with the cost. I have been bringing my car to BYOP for several years now and always been very satisfied , not only with the price, but how they explained what needed to be done, why and how much it would cost. I drive a Porsche 924T and I took my car there the first time because the twin owner's cars are high performance cars as well and I figure they would know how to take care of them. Although it took me a while, I no longer have to stay there the whole time watching and making sure they only work on the area of my car that has the issue. I just drop my car and they will call me when is done. And its far less expensive that the Porsche dealership.”
