“I had my very first appointment today with Dr. Charlie Majdalani. It has been well over 10 years since I last visited any dentist (yikes!). So, of course, I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect regarding my visit. I went in for a general cleaning and also had X-rays and photos taken to supplement my new patient file. As soon as I entered, Vanessa and the rest of the team made me feel welcomed and at ease. They answered all of my questions and explained to me any balances that would be due after my insurance kicked in. I am so glad that I found Dr. Majdalani's office through Google and I will certainly be back soon. If I don't start taking care of my teeth at 38, it could potentially have dire consequences later in life. Thanks again to the doctor, Vanessa, and the rest of the team.”

Answered any and all questions I had, they also addressed my concerns first which I thought was important. I had an old crown replaced and Dr. Peterson took the time to make sure the new crown fit perfectly and comfortably. There is no other office I’d rather go to. My in-laws and husband also see him, and soon my daughter will too.”

“I felt welcome the minute I walked in the door. The Supportive staff, radiated light hearted family atmosphere, were friendly, helpful and patient while I filled out a few papers... a small bottle of water in this dehydrating heat would be a cherry on top. I was parched after a 30 min drive to the office. (My old Tahoe's a/c is not working). The Dental Assistant was very knowledge -able, professional and kind. I could tell she really enjoys her work by her radiant smile. A swish of mouthwash would've made me feel more comfortable about opening my mouth ... especially in this heat. but she still made me feel comfortable. The Doctor of Dentististry was gentle, and understanding with a willingness to offer options, of my complex dental assessment, after he could thoroughly review the x-rays. The results of this first visit, were transparent and hopeful. The rooms were extremely bright & clean, with equipment that appeared to be new. The potted plants throughout, added a calm home feeling. I never thought a Dentists office could be such a soothing place... I was amazed, that this visit made my whole day great. I look forward to returning. Thank you all!”
