Creekside Ranch

We've lived in the community from the very beginning. Recently we had our first issue and Jana Smith the property manager was able to help address the water heater issue we were experiencing. It wasn't an ideal situation, especially with being out of hot water for a week. She was a great advocate and supported us during the whole ordeal and provided us options in the mean time. The vendor the company uses was difficult to work with and very difficult to get ahold of. But Jana did everything in her power to get the situation addressed and handled with the vendor. She would even check in on us to make sure we were contacted. We've personally have not had any negative experiences or any negative encounters with AH4R staff.
