He came in with a very pleasant and caring attitude, actually introduced himself to my husband and I, which really surprised me, because most doctors, especially specialist, Never do that, at least not to us. Dr. Pipkin was very professional, thorough, and actually cared to listen to what I had to say!!! He answered every question I had for him, he explained my problems to me very well and also showed me on screen and with the spine model!!! I went in without much hope because I’ve had to live with my pain for, in December, 18 years, but I came out of his office very grateful and hopeful that finally a doctor that DIDN’T tell me I was just old and fat!!!! Yes, you read that right, I had a doctor tell me that when I was 40 years old and I’m 58 now. You know I never went back!! He’s 17 so you know how important this is. The salon is located in a most interesting building & the salon staff are so nice and laidback. We will be back!”

“Very impressed with Dr Alvis and his staff. My experience with them started out today with a cleaning by Sadie. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me and followed up with education on brushing techniques to help me target areas that need special attention. From there I then saw Dr Alvis. Dr Alvis made me feel comfortable while he examined my teeth. He was very thorough, explained his findings and my X-rays. I have not been to a dentist in 2 years plus I had a broken tooth. Dr Alvis preformed a root canal with a crown and 1 filling. I never felt any pain! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Dr Alvis and his staff provide top of the line dental care. Very professional and caring. Also thank you Vanessa for making sure I was comfortable, the neck pillow was awesome!”
