(September 5, 2016, 9:13 am)This B&B is very cozy and very close to everything in Gruene! Our host David was exceptionally accommodating! He provided a great fresh breakfast every morning. He even surprised my wife and I with wine in our room as well as lemon iced cake for dessert. We stayed in the Clock Haus which was small yet cozy. We slept on a pull out couch bed which wasn't the most comfortable but it did the trick. We were able to see the other properties: Pharmacy, Main House, Log Cabin. We would definitely recommend the Log Cabin for a nice romantic getaway away. I love the detail and history here and mostly love David who was so gracious and had great stories regarding the property. Would definitely recommend and come back!
