She has helped me for 6+ years with shooter’s plugs while I shot skeet competitively. Now as I experience diminished hearing over my years, she is helping me with hearing aids. McKenzie is caring, personable & truly wants to help you with your needs & will spend the time to do so. I’m so very glad to have found her services & highly recommend her!

Mackenzie definitely cares for each person she sees and wants to make sure their hearing can be adjusted to benefit that person's individual lifestyle. Mackenzie and Trish are the absolute BEST! Mackenzie has taken care of my hearing needs for at least 6 years now, originally meeting at the doctor’s office when she provided me with my first hearing aid. I liked and trusted her so much that I followed her when she opened up Altitude Audiology, even with it being almost an hour drive for me. It is totally worth it! She and Trish make you feel like family every time you walk through the door. The office is beautiful and comfortable. They ask about my family and are always accommodating when I bring my little one with me. Mackenzie even tested my daughters hearing, and did an amazing job with my then 5 yr old. I couldn’t ask for more. I will be an Altitude Audiology patient for life!!

Mackenzie Thomas is awesome! I am a veteran and she has seen me with no issues. Very approachable and if you’re not in a good mood for some reason, her smile alone will change your day! She is very understanding and loves what she does!

I absolutely love Altitude Audiology. Mackenzie Thomas is awesome. She takes her time. She did not rush to sell me a pair of hearing aids. She gave me a pair of hearing aids to wear to give me the opportunity to make a decision weather hearing aids would help my situation. Mackenzie never pressured me into purchasing new hearing aids. When I decided to purchase new hearing aids she fought with the insurance company to get them to pay as much as possible. I will definitely recommend Altitude Audiology to anyone needed hearing assistance.
