  My wife and I have been members of Comal Crossfit since January of 2012. Both of us, being former collegiate athletes we were looking for a regiment and an atmosphere that was similar to the training we were accustom to. We found that instantly at Comal Crossfit. The coaching and level of energy provided by the great camaraderie is what keeps us coming back. Along with that, the programming of the workouts are adaptable to all levels of fitness and athleticism. In fact, my wife is pregnant with our second child and has been able to continue crossfit during both pregnancies. Comal Crossfit is also a great place to train for events like Spartan races. Come by and improve your health for day to day life and get to meet great people and have a great time doing so. We plan to be involved for years to come.

  My husband and I have been members of CCF since 2010. It's the only fitness regime we've stuck with consistently and I credit the amazing coaches and the variety that Crossfit workouts provide. I get really bored doing the same thing day in and day out. Crossfit workouts provide something different every single day. The new management, who we love, have added even more variety (including cardio and striking classes). The community here is great and newcomers always feel welcomed.

  The new CCF is crème de la crème. The coaching in unparalleled; the WODs are some of the most challenging I’ve faced in my years of crossfitting; the facility is clean, well-stocked, and has free water (bring your water bottle!). Moreover, the awesome ownership has instituted a plethora of crossfit options from CrossFit Cardio, to CrossFit Striking, and bring the kids for CrossFit Kids! And most importantly the members and team are genuinely caring, engaged, dynamic, and fun!
  I have visited at least a half-dozen boxes over my years of crossfit, but CCF is far-and-away the best box I’ve attended. Every time I step onto the outdoor grinder and through the big bay doors, it feels like home! Better Faster Stronger!

  I have been a member of CCF for almost 3 years now. The family friendly environment is great, my kids participate in the Kids Crossfit and love it. I recently started going back to the CCF box after 9 months off and can't say enough good things about the new ownership.

  Love the Programing of the Workouts "WODs", they really know how to help you get results. Love the trainers here as well. They are all very encouraging and help you scale, or push you to help you achieve your goals. Love the sense of community that is at this place. If you don't feel like you fit it's probably because you have only been there about 10 min. Because after that everyone makes you feel as if you were a long time veteran member of CCF. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place from the owners, trainers, down to the newest member. If you have not given crossfit a try come one by. If you have and you had a bad experience, then let us show you what a real "box" looks like.
