We were looking for a place convenient to our daughters house for the birth of our first grandchild. We found several choices in the area but after reading the many positive reviews online we decided to give Spring Branch RV a try. We stayed for a week and we were not disappointed, the staff, owners and residents were extremely welcoming and friendly. There is obvious pride in keeping the grounds and common areas looking nice. While we were there, small enhancements to landscaping (which was already quite nice) were being made. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The entertainment room off the laundry area was a great place to relax while doing laundry or just coming in the morning for a cup of coffee and sitting on the porch in and looking out at the Wonky play house area nestled in between the large oak tress (also there is a nice book exchange). Our dog enjoyed the dog park, and made a bee line to it every morning even though that is not normally his thing! The sites were level and easy for big rigs to maneuver. Though I was initially skeptical about the proximity to Highway 281, it did not turn out to be a problem. We generally stay in State or National parks and have stayed only few commercial parks, but this was far and away the best of those we have stayed in. Internet quality was the best I have ever had at any RV park. We will definitely be back.
This is a great park in a real nice area. Our site was untreed but not an issue in November when the Sun is welcomed. Other sites have trees but ours is a newer developed spot. The sites are very nicely gravelled and fairly level and the Landscapping is above and beyond! Nice and quiet even though it is on a fairly busy road. The services all work great and the wifi is excellent. Nice laundry too. Paige and James are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose this park if we’re in the area again!
If I could give Spring Branch and the owners more than five stars I absolutely would. Friendly, professional, clean. Not expensive. Offered me everything I needed. Truly show caring for you, the person. We enjoyed it so much. The first 5 weeks we were there months ago we're going back.
This is a hidden gem of a park. Even though it is right off 281, the road noise is negligible due to landscaping. Page and Mike are great! Mike even helped unhook our toad. The trees are trimmed to not be an issue. You can tell this has been well-thought out and they are continuing to expand. We will stay here again. (we were in a class A)
We moved here in December of 2020. We thought we would be there for a month or so, but it turned out to be a year and a half. Paige and Mike are AWESOME couple that run this little gem. When we told her that we would like to stay for an unlimited time she was more than gracious about setting us up for our extended stay.
They have a wonderful facility for doing laundry with a game room with books and a TV with all kinds of DVD’s to watch.
There bathrooms and showers are always clean and set up very nicely. They have propane on site. They have a large dog park for fur babies!
If are traveling up or down US 281 check out this RV park. They are the nicest people I’ve met. But call in advance because there spots go pretty quickly!
