Richter's Antler Cafe

Went last night and Tara was our waitress. What an upbeat and friendly waitress! She offered suggestions for an appetizer and highly recommended the frog legs. Sadly we declined the suggestion knowing how generous the dinner servings would be. The meal was delicious, although we did miss the little salad that was always included with the dinner and sides.

March 2022 update: My wife has moved on to the chicken fried chicken as her normal meal. I still get cheeseburger. The jalapeno mac and cheese is really good when it's spicy. Service is always great.

I like the cheeseburger which is excellent, my wife likes the chicken fried steak. That and the sides are great. The salads are the dim spot.

One of the best restaurants in Texas! Love the chicken fried steak, Grilled shrimp, burgers and fries and they have so many great sides! My favorites are fried okra, tater tots, mashed potatoes with white or brown gravy and their crisp French fries. The staff is caring and friendly. Love this place!

First time here. I had small chicken fried steak that came with 2 sides and small salad. It was all so good. My son had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was really big. He said it was one of the best he had ever eaten. We highly recommend the place.
