The SHARE Center was so much help to me and my family. I received a free pregnancy test, free ultrasound, and the lady’s volunteering, Nurse and staff working were beyond helpful and full of great tips and advice. Love love that they pray with me. I felt super scared and lost and they took me in and helped me through out my whole pregnancy and even after I’m still taking classes! Highly recommend their awesome services for any family planning needs! I’m really thankful for everything they have done for me!
Being a first time mom or a mom again can be overwhelming. It can even leave you wondering how you’re going to make it work financially bc that’s the first thing we wonder when we become pregnant is, “how am I going to afford a baby?”
I had just moved to Texas when I found out I was pregnant and I needed someone to talk to. They were pleasant and encouraging when I called them.
To say I was blown away is an understatement. They weren’t judge mental and once they heard my story still showed grace and were nice. They helped me figure out how I was going to make it work bc I told them there was no other option. They even briefly discussed it with me just so I knew the options such as adoption or abortion but knew I had my mind made up. They told me how I could make it work. Classes I can take, things I can do to earn things I needed for my baby. Being a single mom of now three kids is hard, and they’ve still kept in touch to see if I need anything and to offer assistance or a point in the right direction for things I may or do need.
I’m only using a lot of words to describe my experience bc I know being in a situation you’re completely unprepared for can leave you breathless, and needing someone to talk to, before you talk to anyone else can be so unbelievably relieving. Trust me, I’ve been there.
I recently took a tour of the Bulverde/Spring Branch Pregnancy Center. I was very impressed with their facility, the resources that they have available for expectant and new mothers, their ultrasound capabilities, and their warm, caring staff. Their mission is one that creates such a positive experience for women who may feel like they have no options and allows them to choose life for their babies with material, educational, and emotional support. If you need a tax deductible donation please consider helping this center. God bless these beautiful people and the great work that they do!
