“I have tried many cleaners in the New Braunfels and Garden Ridge /Schertz area and Jack Brown is hands down, my favorite. Eric, the manager is always friendly and helpful. You can drop off and pick up 24-7, if you sign up for that. They are the only cleaners who still know how to starch blue jeans that can stand on their own! They do a fantastic job on my more delicate clothes and husband's work clothes as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!”

“As far as laundry mats go this place is a nice one. Not too large, but enough machines to go around. Most of the machines are the single load machines. Not too many large capacity machines. But when I went the large machines were not being used. I like the ability to use an app to pay for washes thru my credit card. But it also allowed coins to be used too. Clean, bright, air conditioned and a few comfy chairs to sit in. I felt comfortable here. There are many security cameras very visible.”

Now, however in the last year or two since new owners bought it, it's an awesome and great place to wash your clothes. You can tell that they care about the business and customers. They've remodeled and added new washers and dryers and then some. Rebecca and Roxanne are so very nice and never hesitate to help.”
