Even though you buy a car as is, he will still help you out. He also works on the cars if you need him to. He even came an hour away to tow my car to his shop to change the alternator, even though I had the car for 1.5 years. He's friendly. I hardly got anything for my trade in though.

Update 6/29/2021 we took a trip to the grand canyon in Arizona Drove there and back And did not have any problems The truck drove great 2300 miles round trip didn't use any oil. I am very satisfied with my truck. Thanks Brain .

I first met Mr. Kenny Otto while shopping for my sisters 2 cars.. after Kenny passed away Brian, his son took over and I have to say they were/are BOTH great guys. Kenny would be very proud of his son. Brian has been great to us after purchasing a pickup from him. Very good customer service and a stand by his word kind of man. I highly recommend Ottos!
